    Please contact the CIC eLounge Hotline by calling +41 58 268 16 30 or sending an email to elounge@cic.ch. They will be happy to help you register your new mobile device for CIC eLounge from Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5.30 p.m. (except on public holidays).

  • What is the correct way to log out of CIC eLounge?

    To log out of CIC eLounge, please always use the “Log off” link on the top right (for PC and Mac) or the “Log off” link in the menu in the CIC eLounge app.
